Due to some recent PayPal fraud. We have a new system to protect our buyers & ourselves via our shop backend functions. When a buyer places an order now you MUST confirm your order via e-mail directly to our e-mail account admin@mpskinz.com. All orders must now be confirmed before a download link will be adjusted or sent to the buyer. Here are the steps to get your order quickly from our site:
- Place your order with us on our site.
- Pay via PayPal first.
- We will get notice that you have ordered from our site & we also get notice that you have paid with PayPal.
- We will then check our PayPal account to ensure payment has been made.
- We then login to our backend of our shop and will send you an e-mail from our shop asking you to confirm your order via e-mail to us. All orders that go unanswered will be refunded & deleted. You must acknowledge our e-mail and send us a confirmation via e-mail in order to get any skin or other product off this site.
It is very important that you include the proper e-mail address when filling out your customer info for your order. Anyone who does not confirm their order within 24 hours will NOT get a download link for your product purchased and will get a refund via PayPal to your account. This protects you & us in the long run.

Our PayPal account is set up to allow customers who are not clients of PayPal to pay via their credit card using the PayPal checkout system. You no longer need an account with PayPal to purchase items off our site.

We have updated quite a bit of the site the last day or two!
- Please note that we dropped all the brand free skins and just simply added a brand free service instead that you can purchase when buying your skin from our site!
- We have updated the style/theme of the site just a little bit.
- We have added some FAQ items to the site.
- We have merged some like skins (skins of the same layout but different colors) together as one package for purchase. This is an on going process we hope to finish very soon.
- We have eliminated all skin categories that did not have any skins in them yet. Once we have skins to add to the site we will put those categories back up.
- We are beginning the painstaking process of updating all our skins for purchase.
- We have moved many skins to be free skins. Remember in order to get support for these skins you will need to Register & Post on our forums!
- We have added just a few services to the site for customers who purchase a skin with us. This is also an on going process and will updated as we can do them all.

We have updated all the download links on the site. We had a problem after a move of the download files. If you should still have a problem with downloads on the site then please feel free to Contact Us with this information so we can fix it right away. Include in your mail the following:
- What skin is the download link broken on?
- What error message are you getting?
This will greatly help us serve you better!
For archives of our news you can check our News Archives area. We will eventually get a link up on the site in the menus for this.
After the move we have also seemed to of lost some of our policy pages. We will get these restored as soon as we can. Please hang in there with us as we get some loose ends tied up on the site. |
